To access the search clients page select “Manage Clients” then “Search Clients”. The search clients page allows you to search for your clients by the company name or you can hit the “Search clients” button without entering a company name and all your clients in the system will be displayed. Venues are the location in which jobs take place. When creating jobs-shifts in the system you will be asked for the venue the job will take place in. Venues can be added 1 at a time or multiple venues can be added by importing your venues via a CSV file. Read more »
Uniforms are the attire your staff is required to wear whilst performing a shift. You will be asked for the type of uniform required when you create jobs in the system. To create a uniform browse to the “Edit Attributes” menu and then select “Roles”.
A role is the skill required for a staff member to perform on a shift. When you create a job you will be asked for the role the staff member is required to perform on the job. You can set roles that staff can work on via their personal profiles. The roles you set staff to work will effect what jobs they can apply for and what staff will appear when you search for staff by the role. Read more »
You can create new clients by going to the ” Manage Clients” drop down menu and selecting “Add Client”. On the “Add Client page you will have the choice of adding one client at a time manually using the “Add Client Form” or importing multiple clients using the “Import Clients” module. Read more »
If a user of the system be it client, staff or system administrators forgets their password they can have a new password sent to their registered system email by using the forgot password on the system login screen. Read more »
You can send your staff shift or work reminder emails for work they are scheduled to work on in the future. The send shift reminder module is available for use via accessing the “Manage Jobs” drop down menu and clicking “Search Jobs”. On the “Search Jobs” page click the find shifts tab. Read more »
You can create shifts in the system then invite your staff to apply to work on the shifts. To do this you check-box select the shifts you would like to invite your staff to apply for via the main create jobs screen. Read more »
