The system will track the hours your staff work for a week or month on the fly as you create jobs. You can check this by clicking the clock Icon on the create job page and the total amount of hours the staff member has worked for the current work week and the current work month. The month tracked is from the first day to the last day of the month.
Review the below screen grab that demonstrates where to find the icon and an example of the output. This individual time tracking is available for every staff each time you create a shift and will update each time a staff is assigned to a shift allowing for employee compliance on time tracking for the amount of hours a staff member works per week.
A report can also be found under the “Payroll / Accounts” menu and browsing to “Account Reports” that will output your top ten employees ranked by the amount of work completed for the month. The report can be filtered by year and month.
